A small, confidential live online group for women working in technology, designed to address challenges such as gender bias, imposter syndrome, burnout, and work-life balance.
Led by Katerina Lamola, LICSW, who brings experience navigating tech culture, this group provides a safe and supportive space to share experiences, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies. Participants explore workplace stress and trauma — including internal, social, and systemic factors — while strengthening awareness of bodily sensations, emotions, and psychological patterns to support personal insight and well-being.
Program Details
6-week Live Online group series
Small group (6–8 participants) Led by Katerina Lamola, LICSW
One 2-hour group sessions per month
One individual session per month with Katerina
Individualized at-home practices between sessions
Private community via Facebook and WhatsApp for connection and ongoing support between gatherings
Confidential and supportive environment
Investment
$125 every week for 6 weeks

What Happens After You Register
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with session dates, meeting details, and preparation information for the first gathering.
