Navigating Work, Life, and Well-Being for Women in Tech.

Working in tech as a woman means navigating a particular kind of exhaustion — one that is part professional, part relational, and often deeply personal. The bias is real. So is the self-doubt it plants. So is the cost of shrinking, over-performing, or holding yourself together in environments that were not built with you in mind.

This small, confidential group offers something that most workplaces cannot: a space to tell the truth about what it is actually like — and to begin understanding how it is shaping you from the inside out. Led by Katerina Lamola, LICSW, the work draws on nervous system awareness, somatic practice, and the particular medicine of women in honest conversation together.
