About KATERINA LAMOLA, LICSW, ACHT, PAPT
I came to this work through a deep interest in how the mind, body, and emotional patterns interact—and how lasting change actually happens.
My background includes training as a somatically trained therapist, along with hypnotherapy and complementary approaches that support nervous system regulation, cognitive reframing, and mind–body integration.
Over the years, I’ve seen that real change does not come from pushing harder or judging ourselves more harshly.
It comes from understanding the root of our patterns and learning to soften and tend to them in a supportive, caring way.
That is the space I aim to create in my work—one where curiosity, compassion, and practical tools allow deeper insight and sustainable change to emerge.
My Approach.
Thoughtful, Collaborative, and Grounded
My Approach is grounded in the understanding that lasting change happens through the integration of mind, body, and emotional experience—not through pressure or self-criticism.
My background includes training as a somatically trained therapist, along with hypnotherapy and complementary approaches that support nervous system regulation, cognitive reframing, and mind–body integration.
Rather than focusing only on insight, I support clients in working directly with the patterns that shape how they think, feel, and relate—so change can be experienced, not just understood.
Over the years, I’ve seen that real transformation does not come from pushing harder or judging ourselves more harshly. It comes from understanding the root of our patterns and learning to soften and tend to them in a supportive, caring way.
This work is both reflective and practical, integrating depth work with practical tools that support real-life integration and sustainable change.
What It’s Like to Work Together
This work is relational, reflective, and grounded in real-life integration.
Together, we explore the patterns, relationships, and emotional experiences that are shaping your life—both in individual sessions and within the group.
Over time, this process brings greater clarity to how these patterns formed, and supports you in responding with more awareness, steadiness, and choice.
Working in a group setting adds a meaningful layer to this work. It creates the opportunity to see yourself more clearly through others, to recognize patterns as they arise, and to experience new ways of relating in real time.
Many women find that this combination of depth work and shared experience leads to a stronger sense of personal agency, deeper connection, and a more grounded way of being.
The goal is not perfection, but a more conscious, aligned, and connected relationship with yourself and others.
This work is for women who are ready to engage more deeply with themselves, their patterns, and their relationships.
Many come to this work noticing recurring dynamics in how they relate—to themselves, to others, and to the world around them. Others are seeking a more grounded, connected way of being, or a space where they can explore their internal experience with greater honesty and support.
You may find this work resonant if you are:
aware that something deeper is shaping your experiences, even if it’s hard to name
ready to move beyond surface-level coping and into more meaningful change
interested in understanding the emotional and relational patterns that continue to repeat
seeking both individual reflection and the experience of working within a group
This is not about fixing what is wrong, but about developing a more conscious and connected relationship with yourself and others.

Common questions about working together
Are sessions virtual or in person?
All offerings are currently held virtually.
Virtual sessions often allow for a greater sense of privacy, flexibility, and integration into daily life, while still maintaining a focused and contained space for meaningful relational work. Many participants also find that being in their own environment can support nervous system regulation and a greater sense of ease during emotionally reflective conversations.
Curated in-person retreats and special gatherings will be offered in the future as an extension of this work, creating opportunities for deeper immersion and community connection in shared physical space. These will be shared with the community as they are developed. To receive updates and early access, please join the email list.
What can I expect during Our Time Together?
Participants meet in a professionally facilitated circle to explore the psychological and relational dimensions of different group topics while connecting with other women experiencing similar changes.
The emotional support and camaraderie fostered in group therapy can be incredibly empowering, allowing you to feel heard, understood, and less alone.
Through guided discussions, shared stories, and collaborative problem-solving, you’ll gain new perspectives and resources to enhance your well-being.
This is not just a place to talk about your struggles, but a dynamic environment where you can grow, find strength, and build resilience
What is the investment, and do you accept insurance?
Katerina is not currently accepting new insurance-based clients.
All offerings are offered as subscription plans to support accessibility, with the total program investment divided into either weekly or monthly installments, billed automatically over the duration of the container.

How is this different from traditional therapy?
Group and individual sessions are reflective, insightful and practical. Together we explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that are shaping your life.
Over time, this work often involves developing greater awareness of emotional patterns, understanding how they formed, and learning tools that support more grounded choices and healthier relationships.
Gathering together in community increases our sense of belonging with other women. The pace is collaborative and guided by what feels most important for you to explore.
