Understanding codependency through reflection, insight, and connection
This group is designed as a foundational entry point into depth-oriented relational work. It offers a structured space to begin recognizing patterns, building awareness, and exploring how these dynamics shape your life.
Led by Katerina Lamola, LICSW, with occasional guest facilitators, the group blends education, reflection, and supportive conversation in a clinically grounded environment.
Through guided discussion, writing prompts, brief teachings, and reflective practices, participants begin to understand how codependency influences emotional, physical, and relational well-being—and how new patterns can start to emerge.
