The Phoenix Path: Mentorship for Deep Transformation

An in-depth Live Online mentorship circle for women navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often emerge during menopause.
This six-month program offers a structured and supportive space to explore this life transition with professional guidance, reflective practices, and meaningful connection with others moving through a similar stage.
Led by Katerina Lamola, LICSW, the mentorship integrates clinical insight, archetypal psychology, and mind–body approaches to support participants in understanding the deeper transformation that menopause can bring.
Through guided dialogue, experiential practices, and shared reflection, participants explore the patterns, roles, and expectations that may be shifting—and begin to reconnect with a more authentic sense of self.
Program Details
Saturday Mornings 10-11am June 6th thru November 21st 2026
• 6-month mentorship journey
• Two 1-hour Live Online sessions per month (12 sessions total)
• Small, confidential group format
• Guided discussion and reflective practices
• Integration practices between session
Enrollment is intentionally limited to support depth, consistency, and meaningful connection within the group.

Investment
$600 per month for 6 months

This mentorship reflects a high level of professional experience, depth of work, and sustained guidance over time.
