Embracing Change Together: Women's Menopause Support Series
A small, confidential Live Online counseling group for women navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often emerge during menopause.
Led by licensed therapist Katerina Lamola, LICSW, this group offers a supportive space for reflection, thoughtful conversation, and deeper understanding of this life transition.
Participants meet in a professionally facilitated circle to explore the psychological and relational dimensions of menopause while connecting with other women experiencing similar changes.
Program Details
Monday Evenings 5-7pm August 3rd to September 7th
• 6-week Live Online group series
• Small, confidential group (6–8 participants)
• One 2-hour virtual session per week (12 hours total)
• Guided discussion and reflective practices
To support meaningful conversation and individual attention, enrollment is intentionally limited.
All group conversations are held in a respectful and confidential environment.
