Your body is not the enemy. But living in it can be exhausting — and that deserves to be witnessed.

Living with chronic illness or disability means navigating a particular kind of invisible weight. There is the physical reality — the pain, the fatigue, the unpredictability. And then there is everything else: the grief, the identity shifts, the relationships that don't quite hold the complexity of what you are living, and the exhaustion of managing how you appear to a world that moves at a pace your body cannot always match.

This group was created because that weight deserves more than coping strategies. It deserves witness.

In a small, confidential circle of women who understand from the inside, we explore the emotional and relational dimensions of chronic illness and disability — the parts that rarely get space in medical appointments or everyday conversation. Led by Katerina Lamola, LICSW, the work weaves together supportive dialogue, somatic awareness, and reflective practice to help you build a steadier relationship with yourself, your body, and the life you are actually living.
